Dear MS. Hansen
I am writing about a
recent claim I had on May 25, 2004 when my furnished basement flooded
and I sustained significant damage.
First of all, thanks to
you for directing me to Steve at Caring Construction who was there the
next day with his crew to remove carpeting and to begin their salvage
efforts. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and that
of is staff. They are completely trustworthy and caring...not to
mention they did not mess up the wall or break anything in all the
chaos. I hope you will continue to use their services in the
future.
I also want to
compliment the adjustor, Mr. Ed Uhl, from Country Claims Services, Ltd
who came from out of state. He was just wonderful. He is a
very calm and personable man who helped me deal with not only the
flood, but with my stress level as well. He is a thorough and
knowledgeable adjustor who returned all my phone calls and gave me a
feeling of confidence that he knew what he was doing.
I am sorry I had to have
a claim for damages. However, I am making some changes to my
system at home, so that this will never happen again! Ever!!
Again thank you fro your
help along the way, and special thanks to Steve of Caring Construction
and Ed Uhl, the adjustors. I hope you will refer other
home-owners to these two great companies.
